Do you want to know which WoW Warrior talent spec you should be using for extremely fast leveling? In my opinion there are 2 specs to talk about: The Fury and the Arms talent build. Both are viable when it comes to dealing damage. And damage is all you need to kill of mobs to level up.

So, which is the superior spec? Is one build better than the other talent spec?

If you ask me the Arms leveling talent spec is a bit stronger for exactly two important reasons.

First things first: The first talent points you put into Fury have no immediate effect on your leveling speed. If you spend your talent points there you hardly get anything in return. You are just doing it to get all the prerequisites. On the other hand every talent point you put into the Army build is an instant advantage. You immediately get better somehow and can level easier in some way.

The second reason is, that the Fury build is best when it comes to consistent damage. The Arms leveling spec focuses more on dealing burst damage.

For leveling purposes burst damage is better than consistent damage. Why should you do that? You can use consistently high damage if you want to be a damage dealer in your raid party. You need a constantly high DPS and not just short bursts of damage in a raid.

But your aim is fast leveling, not killing boss mobs. You pull mobs, deal damage and kill the mobs, make a break. Can you already see the power of the Arms spec? You will want to kill off your mobs as fast as you can before you make a break, that's when burst damage helps you. And you don’t have phases when you deal little damage since you have to take a break after the fight anyway. You will always have some downtime after a fight. Just let your skills cool down while regenerating and you can deal burst damage in the next encounter, too.
